By designing the technology behind how they run — the systems, automation, and platforms that turn day-to-day operations into revenue. Not a side project. The engine behind the business.
Kelto is a small, senior team that treats every system, dashboard, or platform we design as a lever for one thing: making the business it serves more money.
Most people stop at "it works." We stay in the room long enough to see whether it actually moved a number — signups, response time, revenue processed, hours saved. That's the job.
Every business below — LeaderDesk, Clicks International, Travel Cliques — got the same treatment: understand exactly how the business makes money today, then design the smallest system that removes what's in the way of making more.
Strategy First, Systems Second
Three of these are real growth stories from real businesses — LeaderDesk, Clicks International, and Travel Cliques. The other two are platforms we've shipped too; their case studies are still being written up.
LeaderDesk started with 40 users and $0 in revenue — the business was charging too much for a product that didn't yet deliver enough to justify it. We rebuilt the platform and the offer around it: subscriptions, role-based dashboards, and payments, from scratch.
Paying members grew from 40 to 5,320+ — a +13,200% increase.
Visit LeaderDeskTrainTrack is the training and organisation-management platform we built for Clicks International, who train people across dozens of client businesses. We helped grow their customer base alongside the platform itself.
We don't have Clicks' numbers from before TrainTrack on record — but these are the ones on their site today, and TrainTrack is the system running behind them:
Before working with us, Travel Cliques was mostly selling to friends and their inner circle — word of mouth, not a market. We built the digital presence that let them reach an actual open market instead.
No hard numbers tracked yet for this one — but the shift from word-of-mouth-only to actively pushing into the wider market is the whole story.

* LeaderDesk figures are real, from its own analytics dashboard. TrainTrack figures are the public numbers on clicksintl.com. The revenue trend line for LeaderDesk is a smoothed illustration between the two confirmed points ($0 to $26,598/mo) — swap in real monthly figures via the data-points attribute if you start tracking them.
The same three moves, applied to every business above — and every one we work with next.
The systems that run a business day to day — member platforms, dashboards, and the software behind how a company actually operates. The same foundation behind LeaderDesk and Clicks International.
Systems-firstDashboards, reporting, and automation tools that replace manual work — the logic behind SupportDesk and Cklst.
Automation-firstWe don't disappear after launch. We keep watching the numbers and tuning the system as the business behind it grows.
Long-term partnershipThe same four steps that produced every result above — the business comes first, the system second.
We start by understanding exactly how the business runs today — the bottleneck, the manual workaround, the number that isn't moving — before proposing a single feature.
Wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes that map to the real workflow, not a generic template — so what ships actually gets used.
A system that's reliable and easy to maintain, integrated with the payment gateways, data sources, and tools the business already depends on.
We ship, then we watch the numbers — the same before/after metrics you see in the case studies above — and keep tuning.
Don't just take our word for it — here's what running the numbers actually looked like for them.
